Caffè Lanfranchi — Restaurant in Matera

I had a morning coffee two days ago, at 08am..there are two tables at the back terrace, beautiful view, croissant was excellent, cappuccino tasted good.. This place seems very biased but I’m not sure how - definitely not tourist friendly. But I’m not sure why you are in a high tourist place? You want our money but you don’t want to treat us kindly. I am someone who does not try to trouble - but if you don’t know English that’s fine be a patient as I politely ask for what I need. We stumbled across this cafe, not expecting much in all honesty, and was pleasantly surprised by the terrace this cafe had at the rear. With only two tables this one of the best spot to drink coffee/aperol spritz and appreciate the beautiful view of Matera. Would highly reccomend this cafe to anyone visiting and waiting for a seat on the terrace. The prices were as cheap as anywhere we went to during our stay too which wad a pleasant suprise....
