Cristally Di Zucchero — Restaurant in Matera

Leaving another review as there are two entries for this great place (la bruschetta and cristally di zucchero). It was an amazing dinner, the lasagne was some of the best we’ve ever had, made with local materan ingredients.

Up on a main road, it is amazing for people watching and was a welcome break from some of the more touristy, less tasty places down...

Very good coffee and good prices!

We kept coming back there for breakfast and lunch. And COFFEE! The baristas are good and very welcoming.

The sandwiches are filling and hearty.

And definitely try their icecream. I liked the Fior di Arancia very much. Also a good place for dessert. We tried the Cassata di Siciliana...

Un bel posto, situato nel centro della città. L atmosfera è accogliente e il posto sembra ordinato e pulito, peccato che non trovandosi in piena piazza centrale ma allo stesso tempo molto vicino ad essa spesso passa in secondo piano rispetto ad altri bar situati in piazza Vittorio veneto. Inoltre essendo spesso vuoto non ispira molto i passanti ad entrare. Io ci sono stata recentemente dopo molto tempo e devo dire che il personale è cordiale, i prezzi in linea con quelli delle altre attività materane e il pasticcino che ho assaggiato era molto buono. Insomma è un bel posto per chi cerca un bar tranquillo per una chiacchierata al caldo, purtroppo spesso si sceglie il bar in cui entrare anche facendo caso al numero di persone che lo frequentano e da questo punto di vista avrebbe bisogno...
