The food here is amazing and the owner/staff are very nice. Highly recommend. The Fava with greens is the best we tasted during our week-long travels through Puglia. Branzino pasta was the highlight for me - the ravioli was filled with deliciously simple branzino with sauce that complemented it so perfectly. Locale piccolo e sovraffollato e non c'è nemmeno lo spazio per camminare quando è pieno. Ieri abbiamo ordinato le patate ripiene e io ho scelto quella con il tonno, pomodori secchi, capperi, valeriana e la mollica croccante e quando mi è arrivata come prima cosa ho assaggiato un pezzo di tonno ed era freddo invece se era scottato al momento alla piastra come dice nel menù doveva essere caldo, mentre la patata era calda. Successivamente proseguendo nel mangiare ho iniziato a sentire un sapore strano dalla patata e dopo ho deciso assaggiarevla mollica croccante, guarda non lo avessi mai fatto, un sapore schifoso, di detersivo o peggio di prodotti chimici che si usano per pulire le pentole! Stavo per sentirmi male e vomitare davanti a tutti, non so come abbia fatto a fermarmi. Esperienza disgustevole, non ci andrò mai più in vita mia. Non sono una persona che amo mangiare fuori e a maggior ragione perché non mangiano loro non se ne importano di quello che portano al cliente. Se pensiamo bene il lavoro del cuoco è un lavoro di responsabilità che qui non ho trovato, introdurre cibo all'interno del nostro corpo è qualcosa che deve essere curato in un certo modo in precedenza per evitare di ammalarsi. Inoltre lavorare in cucina significa amare il proprio mestiere e stare attenti a tutto dall'inizio alla fine e se c'è qualche problema è meglio buttare la portata sbagliata e rifarla.
