La Casa della Pizza — Restaurant in Messina

The family at AtlasAdventured highly recommends eating here! We were visiting Messina via cruise and we knew before we got here that we needed to find the best pizza ever. We read so many reviews, and everything here gets a little bit of good and bad. We decided on eating here because it was close to where our boat was docked and it got pretty decent reviews. I was a little skeptical at first, walking in it seemed more like a fast food place. Pre made food in the displays and a pretty extensive picture menu. I figured most of these places would be over priced tourist traps. And here is where I had the best pizza(s) of my life! We ordered the diavolo, the potato pizza, the bresaola, and calzone. Every single one was out of this world. To date, I have not had a better pizza. Myself and my husband love a good potato pizza. It is not something our families would have ordered if we were not there. It ended up being the favorite of the table! That and the diavolo were absolutely amazing. If I ever get the chance to come back to Messina, this is where I will be...

Ci sono stata il 9 luglio al locale di Via Garibaldi, esperienza che nn rifarò mai più, nn tanto x il cibo acquistato, ma, per il modo in cui ci ha trattati la commessa!!!Non essendo del posto ho chiesto x vari prodotti gli ingredienti e Lei con aria infastidita, alzava gli occhi al cielo e rispondeva in modo nn consono per chi lavora a contatto con la gente.... Ma, nn è tutto,ha pensato bene malgrado la mia richiesta di riscaldare il cibo acquistato perché avremmo dovuto mangiare sulla Caronte, mi ha consegnato tutto freddo, vi lascio immaginare la focaccia fredda con la provola messa sopra a listarelle che porcheria era!!!!I pidoni immangiabili e gli arancini idem, l unica cosa calda che mi è stata data, sono state 2porzioni di patatine che hanno dovuto fare x forza maggiore al momento!!! Alla Commessa mi sento di dire solo una cosa,se nn si riesce a fare bene il proprio lavoro, cambi Mestiere, perché la gente come spende i soldi vuole anche le sue soddisfazioni e bel mio caso le ho regalato €48per buttare tutto nella spazzatura e soprattutto rimanere digiuni fino all arrivo della mia destinazione!!! We got off the boat at the pour in Messina and this is literally right out the gate. Tried a couple places and landed on this one. The energy in here is contagious. Lots of locals in here ordering in Italian, all very intriguing to us.
