Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al Ristorante Mar Belli, e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente divina. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità dai tre fratelli che gestiscono il locale, persone davvero squisite e sempre pronte a farci sentire a casa.

Il menu è un vero omaggio alla cucina siciliana e ai sapori del mare. Abbiamo iniziato con una fantastica Caponata di Alalunga, un piatto ricco di sapore e perfettamente equilibrato. A seguire, ci siamo lasciati conquistare dai Paccheri al sugo di totani, un piatto che ha esaltato la freschezza degli ingredienti e la maestria nella preparazione. Per concludere, ho gustato un eccellente Pesce spada alla griglia, cotto alla perfezione e servito con semplicità, per esaltare la qualità del pesce.
