Aqua e Farina — Restaurant in Milan

We booked a table for four persons in the silvester evening. Cause of the fotos, we thought the location would be a really nice place to eat and drink with our friends and celebrate the new year. They didn‘t mention, that they only have a barely menu on this evening and there was nearly nothing for our vegetarian friend on the list. But that was something we might not be deterred. The worst thing was, that the table was in the undergound beside the toilets and the kitchen. The music was so loud, that we couldn‘t talk, you could hear everything from the kitchen and the smell of the toilett was clearly in the room. We ordered something to drink and discussed the situation and decided to leave and just pay our drinks. We went there to leave our luggages and somehow it turned out the best experience we had in the Milan! Their food and beer was perfect but whats matter is their staff 🤌🏻💯 I couldn’t ask their names and want them to forgive me if I describe them wrong, but a tall, slightly built boy with a ginger/blonde beard and hair (he suggested us the best beer, shot and pizza of the place, they were amazing💯) and a slightly dark skinned, slightly bearded, very polite and kind gentleman were soo helpful. Ho pranzato più volte in questo locale . Sempre tt squisito MA... sono tornata dopo 19 mesi di lontananza e la pizza non è stata così piacevole . - NON HANNO CHIESTO IL GREEN PASS - . Gli ingredienti sono sempre di prima scelta ( il pomodoro è moooolto buono) purtroppo il pizzaiolo non ha avuto la meglio sul forno . ( ma il pizzaiolo coi baffottoni dove è finito?!?!) ... RISULTATO pizza bruciata sotto, ho spostato la salsa di pomodoro e ho trovato ancora l'impasto crudo sopra. credo che il forno fosse troppo caldo ..per cuocerla tutta sarebbe bruciata . Non ho capito nemmeno il giro di olio a crudo sul cornicione rimanendo così gommoso. Ho lasciato praticamente l'impasto nel piatto . Avrei fatto finta di niente ma alla domanda " le è piaciuta?" Ho risposto no . Ho iniziato a spiegare la mia critica ma la cassiera ( signora Elide ?) mi ha aggredito : piace a tutti ( io non sono tutti) gusti sono gusti ( infatti era buona x il gusto ma bruciata e cruda è un dato di fatto, era nei piatti da vedere ), ha iniziato a chiedere ad altri clienti cosa ne pensassero facendomi passare x stupida . era talmente indispettita che ha fatto pagare il mio conto alla cliente prima di me . Avrebbe fatto più bella figura ascoltando e dicendo mi dispiace. Il tutto sotto gli occhi del gestore che non ha detto nulla. Peccato perchè mi sono sempre trovata bene .
