I found this place as i was looking to find a luggage storage in Milano centre.

I have to admit, I’m not the type of person who usually writes reviews, but this time I simply can’t resist. I decided that it was convenient for me to stay there and eat before my flight. On the recommendation of the waiter, who was incredibly pleasant and attentive, I decided to try the Bufala a Praga pizza. Honestly, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had in Milano and i had many! The dough was perfect, topped generously with fresh mozzarella di bufala, Praga ham, basil pesto and high-quality ingredients – the taste was simply irresistible.

However, what truly made this visit special wasn’t just the food, but the entire experience. A staff member, a young and beautiful girl, who was extremely kind and considerate, took the time to help me call a taxi and even escorted me to the spot where the car was waiting. This level of dedication to the guests is rare and deserves the highest praise.

For someone who rarely writes reviews, this is an exception – because when you experience this level of service and quality, you just want to share your satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing pizza and unforgettable service. Thank you guys, for making my last day in Milan very...

With the notable exception of one single waitress, what I've received here was possibly the most unfriendly service I've experienced in years. Nothing violent, nothing shouted, but I was made to feel unwelcome by their behaviour. Example: when I went to pay at the till (as I was asked to, and I don't think other tables were), the manager took my banknote, but instead of handing me back the change and the receipt, or placing them within easy reach (as was very possible), he purposely placed them at the far corner of the table, so that I actually had to take a couple of steps to pick them up. I did absolutely nothing that could have justified such coldness, if it ever could be: I ordered, I ate quietly, I didn't loiter at the end of my meal, my clothes weren't dirty and didn't stink. I must suppose I didn't consume enough for their liking, or wasn't elegant enough to qualify as a respected customer. Considering the above, the quality of the food doesn't even matter - they'll never see me again, nor will any restaurants of their chain. But in case you wonder: the pizza I ate was certainly good, but not exceptional; considering their pricing, it wasn't great...

I'll start off by saying that this is my first time to Italy so I'm not an expert in its customs, but after enquiring about the 'coperta' added to our bill the manager gave us a very arrogant and condescending response. A simple explanation would have been fine and we would have been happy to pay it but he simply shoved our change back at us and walked away.

We had a much better experience at another one of their restaurants on the other side of town. If I'm honest they had better pizza, better service and no coperta added to our bill so I'd recommended finding...

The pizza was pretty good. Don't remember the name, but mortadella, lemon, pistachio, ginger, and ricotta on top. Had a decent char. Pleasantly surprised and the flavor combo. The croquette was pretty bland. Its described as a Mozzarella croquette, but it was a plain potato croquette with a slice of melted cheese on it. Underwhelming. The caprese salad was, well a caprese salad. They didn't have any balsamic on the plate and what was served on the side was very mediocre. Service was minimal. They were not extremely attentive and took a long while to bring drinks.

ingnore what they write here. We wanted just a quick coffee but decided for pizza (buffalo with prague ham) and stuffed artichokes. the food was faaantastic! and the service prompt and nice. yes we are tourists in Milano, but after some 30 years "touristung" in Italy we are able to recognize good italian food and service from bad Italian food and service :) PS the Tiramisu was huge and super tasty too. PPS the beer is so-so, as everywhere in Italy. For good lager you must go to Czechia, so i don't deduct star for that.
