Barba — Restaurant in Milan

I didn't get the place... the shelves behind the bar are filled with all kinds of liquors but the cocktail list has only like 10 cocktails. Of those 10 I didn't like any so the nice bartender offered to prepare something bars on my tastes. The cocktail I got was not explained to me, it was good but didn't amaze me. I got a pulled pork burger and it was very good and the place is nice and very relaxed atmosphere. Too bad the cocktails were not at the top, but I will be returning to try...

The clean, bright ambience is assuredly relaxed and rightly confident that full attention should be paid to the company kept and the pure pleasure of drinks crafted out of genuine passion and talent. In contrast to similar high edged delivery any pretence is left at the door and instead we were met with warmth and welcome. Such a shame we only found this astounding place before a dinner reservation on the last night of a trip. Worth returning...

The atmosphere is great - cool interior, great music and an owner/bartender/mixologist that has created the menu of original cocktails and probably the food menu to complete it :)

We were 6 and only got a few cocktails and some snacks to share. Cocktails were pretty great (!) and I would definitely like to try the food.

As of Oct 2017, most cocktails (short drink classics and original ones) were 8 eur.
