I grabbed a coffee at the Caffè Napoli inside Milano Centrale station recently. It's exactly where you'd expect it to be—right in the middle of all the action at a super busy train station, full of locals and travelers rushing to catch their trains. If you need an urgent coffee fix right before you board, this place works as a decent, quick stopover.

I ordered a cappuccino, and I have to say, it was surprisingly good. It was strong but still had a nice, delicate finish. The service is pretty much what you'd expect in such a hectic location. They get the job done fast, and while it feels a little rushed, that’s just the nature of a high-traffic spot like this. They’re efficient if nothing else.

Just a heads-up, the prices are definitely higher than what you’d pay at a typical neighborhood café. You’re paying for the convenience of being inside the station. Even so, if you're stuck at Centrale and need a quality cup of coffee quickly, it’s worth...

not the nicest service, the woman insistently pretended not to understand what we were saying (all the names of the food were in Italian) we tried to read it as much as possible, then she corrected our pronunciation, although there was almost no difference (gentle reminder, we don't have to know Italian, but if you work at the train station or airport, learn at least some basic English, we don't have to know Italian, we are tourists!). The pastries are not tasty, the service serves them terribly, they just put them in a bag and everything inside falls apart. I paid almost 8€ for my mozzarella sandwich, the woman served it to me so that everything fell out, 8€ remained on the floor and I...

Very unfriendly. I clearly said it was for takeout, but they poured it into a mug and made me wait again. Then, they just poured it into a paper cup with the pistachio jam stuck at the bottom, so almost none of the pistachio jam ended up in the paper cup. When I pointed it out, they insisted that this is their “Café Pistachio.”

When it’s clearly their mistake, they should’ve quickly made a new one. There was barely any pistachio flavor, it was basically just a regular latte. I also don’t understand why they even gave me a spoon. It was a waste of money, and the staff definitely need proper service training.

At other branches, the service was very friendly, but here the service...

Unlike other people, I didn't had any problem. I just had to grab something to eat on the train so I got pollo&bacon (€4) and Cuzz Fri*salame (€5.50) which were very delicious. The price is definitely the city price which I didn't had any problem with. The staffs were very busy as there are customers who are eating next to the coffee stand (there are tables for you to seat) and those people who are there for take out. It's more ups to you to decide on eat there / take away or go somewhere else. I give 3 stars as I can't fully rate as most of people probably come here for their coffees and it's important in Italy and people (to grab coffee to start the day or wait for train).

We visited this Caffe every morning on our visit to Milan. We were often transiting via Milano Centrale Railway station. The service was outstanding. Very friendly. The pastries were very, very good. I loved their cinnamon rolls. Coffee was good. They have other drinks as well. Plenty of seating in front of the caffe. The pistachio cornetto’s were very, very good as well. We loved our visits in the morning while in Milan.
