I grabbed a coffee at the Caffè Napoli inside Milano Centrale station recently. It's exactly where you'd expect it to be—right in the middle of all the action at a super busy train station, full of locals and travelers rushing to catch their trains. If you need an urgent coffee fix right before you board, this place works as a decent, quick stopover.
I ordered a cappuccino, and I have to say, it was surprisingly good. It was strong but still had a nice, delicate finish. The service is pretty much what you'd expect in such a hectic location. They get the job done fast, and while it feels a little rushed, that’s just the nature of a high-traffic spot like this. They’re efficient if nothing else.
Just a heads-up, the prices are definitely higher than what you’d pay at a typical neighborhood café. You’re paying for the convenience of being inside the station. Even so, if you're stuck at Centrale and need a quality cup of coffee quickly, it’s worth...

The pastries are not tasty, the service serves them terribly, they just put them in a bag and everything inside falls apart. I paid almost 8€ for my mozzarella sandwich, the woman served it to me so that everything fell out, 8€ remained on the floor and I...

Then, they just poured it into a paper cup with the pistachio jam stuck at the bottom, so almost none of the pistachio jam ended up in the paper cup. When I pointed it out, they insisted that this is their “Café Pistachio.”
When it’s clearly their mistake, they should’ve quickly made a new one. There was barely any pistachio flavor, it was basically just a regular latte. I also don’t understand why they even gave me a spoon. It was a waste of money, and the staff definitely need proper service training.
At other branches, the service was very friendly, but here the service...
