VyTA Milano Centrale — Restaurant in Milan

Last day in Milan, I found myself writing almost only bad review since im here.. I understand that not everyone speak english , I dont speak Italian. But do have patiënt with me as I try. I stand in line, try ordering trough a menu they had standing there. She comes with question in Italy, I ask if she could speak english and there goes her eyes... rolling and sighting. Well that ruin my appetite. Wants to order food aswell but nevermind that. Standing waiting for the coffee, gues I should have known that the worker there dont communicate and that I should have gave the other guy our receipe so that he could make it. And yeah, what can I say about the coffee, dont go there for coffee, not because the waitres is rude, but just because the coffee was really bad. Our coffee machine at home taste...

Once and never again. A uniquely bad tea experience. How can a brand hire only such employees. Walk in, say hi in a friendly manner and am grudgingly noticed by him. When asked if they have peppermint tea, the colleague from the left comes forward and says NO (what about an alternative?). She nodded at camomile, whereupon the colleague presented me with a wooden box of tea bags. Half full and not assorted. There is no camomile, but plenty of black tea. The tea is prepared, and from then on I am only told where to pay by hand signals or fingers. You still pay for this service! If people have problems with their lives, they shouldn't work in the hospitality industry or work on themselves! Friday...

Horrible experience! The manager was SO RUDE! I am from the United States so when they asked for the green pass I showed my paper card showing my 2 vaccines + buster. They didn’t want to accept it. I tried explaining how it works, mentioned that I traveled with it to different cities all over Italy. They didn’t want to hear it. I had to talk to the police officer that was near by and who told them to help me. I sat outside and They kept me waiting for 20 to serve me! The waiter was very apologetic, but again, when I went inside to pay to manager was passive aggressive and RUDE! Please avoid this place if you visit Milano. Is...
