Carlsberg Øl — Restaurant in Milan

Googled “sports bar” looking for a place to watch football and saw Carlsberg Øl—sounded perfect. Carlsberg and beer in the name? Seems like a no-brainer. Turns out, it’s just an outdated “Italian” restaurant.

Well, the game was already starting, so I asked if they were showing it. They turned on a TV for me, which seemed promising—until I realized they had disco music blasting at full volume. Couldn’t hear a thing from the match.

Ordered a BBQ burger and a beer. The burger was way too big—600g of meat, which is just ridiculous. No BBQ sauce, and they threw on the onions I specifically told them to skip. Service was nothing special—took my order and never checked in.

Left at halftime with only half my burger eaten—just couldn’t take the place anymore.

why nobody in the comments talks about the behaviour of the waiters. I went there 2 times and I am sharing my experience: 1- I ordered "elephants" and some of my friends ordered burgers, they did not bring my food after 1 hour although I asked them several times, and guess what happened at the end? they said sorry your food is not ready we cancel it for you! I came back home hungry believe it or not 2- I went for an appertivo yesterday with my friends, they throw the forks to us and had very very rude behaviour. I recently visited this bar, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The service was notably poor, with the staff displaying a lack of friendliness and professionalism. This significantly impacted the overall atmosphere and enjoyment of the visit.

The food quality was disappointing. The dishes we ordered did not meet the standards one would expect from a place like this. The flavors were bland, and the presentation left much to be desired.
