CASTELLI GOURMET — Restaurant in Milan

One of the worst experience ever; most of the food came cold and all with different timing, practically we have dinner separately, not to mention the quality of certain ingredients; we told it to the waiter who was so unkind and highly unprofessional (he also said we could "discuss" outside after his working shift), we asked to talk with the owner and he was the worst, not caring at all, he said that if we didn't like the food and service we should not come back and that he didn't need us as customers...

Per Alberto il proprietario, ebbene non è un profilo fake, ci avete proprio trattato di m..da e alla fine avete pure cercato di recuperare facendo uno sconto di 100€ su una cena di oltre 15 persone. Non si ricorda di me probabilmente perché è stato più di 3 mesi fa, semplicemente mi ero dimenticato di avvisare le altre persone di assolutamente evitare il vostro locale e ho recuperato ora. Non servo io a danneggiarvi, basta il vostro comportamento e il vostro cibo (come il salmone marinato che ci avete servito, palesemente quello di una busta sottovuoto preaffettato) ; è facile comprare recensioni positive. Ha detto di essere anche avvocato, forse avrei lasciato stare la ristorazione. Accetti le critiche e si faccia un esame...

We've been here for the last dinner of 2022 and had an amazing experience. Food was absolutely delicious and service was first class. Everybody has been so kind and made us feel at home. We stay until midnight and they offered us prosecco and some tipical lentils which means fortune for the upcoming year. Thank you so much to everyone for the top notch experience and looking forward to visit you...

Castelli gourmet was a pleasant discover. I had a taste thanks to Deliveroo and liked it. Then I booked for a dinner with UK mates and it was nice. From risotto alla milanese (amazing and plentiful dish), very good arrosto with baked potatoes. And a somptuos dessert. Place is very nice, for romantic evening too. Kind and discrete...
