We came here on our first night in Milan, as it was really close to our apartment. We didn't have to distance much to find a great restaurant. We were accepted after a very short wait, and received a QR code for the menu. The menu is very expansive and offers a great variety. We ordered for starters the crocché di patate and FRITTATINA DI BUCATINI. The first was a little bland and wasn't really good, but the second was really tasty. For main we ordered the PIZZA FRITTA CILENTANA, a pizza with deep-fried dough. Although we were skeptical at first, we were relieved to find out it was an exceptional pizza, with the deep fried dough going great with the rich tomato sauce. We also ordered the fior di formaggi pizza, which I found interesting for its use of gorgonzola cheese. For dessert we had canolli and tiramisu. The canolli was fine, not much to my liking. But the tiramisu, oh the tiramisu - it was just spectacular! One of the best I've tasted yet. All these were accompanied by Aperol spritz and white wine, both were good. The service was also nice and very attentive. Joyous experience to open the...

The only positive I can say is quite tasty food. The whole experience was terrible. We’ve ordered 4 pizzas but they brought 2 correct ones and 2 wrong ones. We asked the waiter for help three times but they don’t speak English so each of them decided to ran away from our table. Then we went upstairs to speak with somebody who speaks English and asked for change in the order. Nothing happened for 15 minutes. We went up again and they said that the new pizza will be prepared. Again nothing for some time. Finally we started eating and the waiter said that we get it sorted out upstairs, during the payment. When it comes to the payment…at first they wanted to charge us for the wrong order, we didn’t agree. Then for the pizzas they brought. Lastly the manager offered us ridiculous discount which we didn’t accept. In general the manager was extremely rude and said that it takes time to prepare new pizza and they don’t have this time for us. The best part was when he threatened us with the police :) That’s a shame because the food itself was pretty good but customer service just...

Dining at Da Zero in Milan was an absolute pleasure. The experience felt authentic and memorable from start to finish. I have to highlight the Pizza Margherita—it was absolutely amazing. The crust was perfectly crisped, the sauce rich with flavor, and the mozzarella incredibly fresh. It was a true taste of Italy. It’s simply incomparable—you can’t even begin to compare it to anything I’ve had in Czechia. It’s on a completely different level.

That said, there was one major disappointment that took away from the overall experience: the men’s restroom. It was in a shocking state—doors were kicked in and wouldn’t lock, the light was constantly flickering, and both the toilet and the sink were in terrible condition. Honestly, it felt more like a neglected public shelter than the bathroom of a high-quality restaurant.

The food and service were fantastic, and I would come back in a heartbeat for the pizza alone. I just really hope management takes care of the bathroom situation—because everything else deserves...

It’s a chain, not sure if nationwide or just Milano. Pros-very busy but were seated quickly without reservations. Food came to the table rapidly. Crocche (croquette) was fantastic. Cons-service was rude. Brusque, angry waiter would not take beer/wine order until we were ready to order all, other issues, just rude overall & made us feel unwelcome. Only one wine btg, an aglianico. Pizza just ok for me, crust was so soggy on the bottom. Salad ok. Not a pro nor a con-they do not serve pizzas cut. Everyone cut their own. And no one eating outer crusts. Which I liked better than soggy bottom crust. Maybe not eating outer crusts because everyone had a whole pizza to themselves. Pay at counter. Maybe we went to wrong one in the chain (via dell’Orso) or on an off night. But so turned off by rude unfriendly service we will not come back.

The place has a nice, cozy atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. However, we did have to wait in line for about 20 minutes before being seated, which was a bit inconvenient. Once we were seated, though, the experience was fantastic. We ordered a pizza, and it was delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The service was also very good; the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, despite the slight wait time, I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to enjoy some delicious pizza.
