IPPO Sushi Delivery e Take Away — Restaurant in Milan

The quality of the food is excellent (especially considering that it’s a take away). I have been a returning customer at the Raffaello Sanzio location, where I would go in for pick up for over a year, but every few orders I would get home to open the stapled bag and find out there were items missing. I always called and brought it to their attention and they would usually send the missing items in a delivery, but this 5th time it happened I called and asked for a discount code for the € amount of the order I didn’t receive. Despite the verbal confermation on the phone, by the next day I hadn't recieved the discount code, and now I’m sorry to say the best quality take away sushi place just doesn’t have reliable service.

March 29th EDIT: The admin team personally reached out to me the day after my post and credited my account with more than the amount of my missing order, and they also generously offered me a free meal. I was very grateful for the reimbursement and that was enough for me to set things straight, so I've changed the 3 star service rating to 5 stars and am happy to say their cutomer service team is working hard to create the best possible experience for all their customers. P.S. - I am an elementary school teacher and I always bring the empty ginger and soy sauce containers to the school where I work because I give them to students who loose a tooth at school. It makes them so happy to have a beautiful little container to take their tooth home in. This restaurant strikes the perfect balance between chic and cozy. The ambiance is trendy yet comfortable, making it ideal for intimate dinner date with your missus. Quiet and luxe vibes whilst enjoying perfectly crafted Sushi by the chef. Caring staff who helped us personalise our sushi experience. I’d say go for the sushi dish called Dynamite, it’s just out of the world. They’ve also got some gourmet vegetarian sushi options. Mind bending stuff, folks.
