Sabato sera ore 19, siamo 2 adulti e 1 bambina, ordiniamo 3 sandwich, 2 acque e una birra, €46,50. Dopo pochi minuti andiamo a ritirarli, per uno di questi chiediamo che venga tagliato ulteriormente in 2. In modo fermo ed educato la persona alla cassa dice di no, aggiungendo che se lo dovessero fare per tutti, avrebbero dei problemi a gestire la cosa. Per inciso, non c'era nessun cliente in quel momento. Mostro la mia faccia basita (F4 per chi coglie la citazione) e dalle retrovie la mia compagna aggiunge che è per nostra figlia di 2 anni: la persona alla cassa facendola pesare dice che allora ce lo fa come favore ed eccezione ribadendo però quanto detto prima. Detto questo, io non ho problemi verso le regole, quando vado ospite a casa di altri chiedo e capisco alcune decisioni che in genere giudico lecite, davvero sono l'ultimo a pensare che il cliente abbia sempre ragione (cosa che reputo stupida in quell'avverbio temporale), ma sicuramente il cliente va ascoltato e va valutato il contesto: francamente la mia richiesta è stata educata, oltre che legittima, e trovo il rifiuto iniziale così come farla pesare piuttosto surreale. Fantastic sando! Highly recommend the chicken sando and the pork option. Both were perfectly cooked, super tasty (without being oily), and the shokupan was fresh and soft. Prices are fair and the seating area is outdoors, along with the other sidewalk kitchens. It’s a very trendy and busy area, so expect queues on weekend nights....
