Sidewalk Kitchens — Restaurant in Milan

I am very reluctant to give this low rating but I have to bring attention to this issue. During our visit to Milan, we ordered burgers from Chuck and probably was one of the best burgers we ever had, but after paying we were shocked of the amount we ended up paying. We didn't ask before ordering, but even after paying we asked for tgecprice and the number did add up. We were charged maybe £20 over our already over priced burgers. I mean this is just street food burgers man. How much do you expect to pay. We just walked away. It us a shame that this amazing street food experience could end up feeling as a total rip off. Always ask for the price before, and ask for a receipt when you pay, as it appears they take advantage...

I enjoy the concept of sidewalk kitchens and they have a great assortment, specially the burgers and Japanese fried chicken. However, the service is not great. There was not a lot of people (as usual) because it was a very hot day, we noticed other tables had glass water pitchers so we asked for the same and the guy said “we are a big family” ask anywhere. Then said he could not help me so I had to buy many plastic bottles. Since it was hot, there were not that many people and we spent considerable money in wine I would prefer better and kinder communication. The same bad communication occurred when asking for wine...

After I was there and wanted to order a burger and told the cashier that I didn't want onions on it because I have an allergy to them, he told me that they can't do that because the burgers are not "customisable" and the owner wants it that way. I've never heard of such a stupid concept in my life.
