It's amazing how one person works ALONE for hours in this place. I came a few days ago with my spouse and the poor girl who attended us apparently had fallen recently and was bleeding, still she served us very kindly with a smile. The food was delicious but unfortunately there’s no options to buy just the piadina at a reasonable price (almost 5€ just for one piadina alone). Still… Thank you...

Pessima esperienza. Sono celiaco ed è la seconda volta che vado a mangiare in questo locale e mentre mangio ho problemi intestinali. Informo alla cassa che sono celiaco, mi passano il proprietario che mi dice: ma noi non possiamo essere sicuri che i prodotti non siano contaminati. Dei prodotti che usiamo forse l’80% non è contaminato. Ma stiamo scherzando? E’ la seconda volta che vado al bagno (la prima ho pensato che forse non era colpa loro, continuavano a dire che hanno tutto senza glutine, ma la seconda non può essere un puro caso.) con delle scariche diarroiche terribili, gonfiore subito al viso e conati di vomito. Ma loro non si prendono nessuna responsabilità. Sai che mi hanno detto? Contatta il servizio clienti… bene ora contatto un avvocato sta volta controlliamo se sono davvero gluten free.

Mi chiede il sistema di allegare le foto (Ho quelle del bagno? Dovrei condividerle così per far capire che cosa ho sofferto).
