Lo's — Restaurant in Milan

The food is great (in my opinion. Not a fact for some). I have eaten and ordered from Lo's every single day for the past 3 months not. I have never ate inside the restaurant before but I am very impressed with the consistency of the dishes I have ever ordered. I am a huge fan of the veggie rice, shrimp rice, and chicken rice...with NO PEAS. And I usually put a mix on top of my rice, whatever rice it is. My mixtures I usually order and love are the shrimp and asparagus, chicken, beef, and shrimp ,chicken and cabbage...with out me going down the list of mixtures, let's just say that I have tried them all with the exception of pork and mixtures. For the first time tonight I've ordered the noodles with the variety of meats in it. Most times the foods I order from lo's comes with enough stock inside it. Meaning their food is never dried out like most Italian pasta's in restaurants. You order their pasta and they don't leave enough broth/stock and you end up having dried up pasta thatlooks like someone painted the noodles with food coloring. Lo's is not like that. Lo's restaurant food is delicious, hearty, weather or not you get meat-rice dishes or veggie dishes and the food to me leave you feeling satisfied. Wonderful little restaurant with small eat-in counter space with stools (counters are serviced but no tables) but great for take away. Authentically Chinese, run by friendly people. The space is very clean and from the register you get a partial view of the kitchen which also seems very tidy! I grew up in Asia eating mostly Chinese food and I can say that the quality is superior to anything else in its category. Their won ton soup is great a great starter for winter lunch and their duck is fantastic. I regularly grab their chao fun and an order of spicy beef (manzo piccante). Yikes!!! What a meal, the smell of the rice when you walk through the door will knock you off your feet. Mr Lo was a true gentleman and his stunning daughter was extremely easy on the eye. Unfortunately couldn't give 5 stars because there were no toilet facilities which was very awkward as my daughter had a horrible case of the squirts. Would recommend if you are...
