Very warm and inviting with super friendly and informative staff. We were greeted and shown the menu in both italian and english. All the food was good and seemed fresh, and the highlight was definitely the roll. Crispy, not soggy, and very tasty. We tried the regular and N.Y. roll, and both were good with a decent amount of lobster. We were even given a small dessert at the end free of charge! Granted it was "just" fried bread with hazelnut spread, but the gesture itself was greatly appreciated!
Positives: -Food tasted fresh and not frozen. -Great decor and friendly staff. -Good menu size and fairly priced. -Menu available in both italian and english. -If you're lucky, free dessert!
Negatives: -N.Y. Lobster mix was just a tiny bit bland. -Slightly undersalted fries.
Overall a very pleasant experience with great food and very friendly and polite staff. Some items can be slightly underseasoned, otherwise very tasty and delicious. Highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys seafood, but also for people who would like an introduction to this type of food! Will come back next time we...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Mason's, a restaurant renowned for its lobster rolls, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The idea of a lobster roll might not be entirely novel, but Mason's execution is truly unique and extraordinary.
The lobster rolls were incredibly delicious, with each bite offering a perfect balance of fresh, succulent lobster and a subtly seasoned, buttery roll. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the preparation showcased the chef's expertise.
Before visiting Mason's, I had never encountered or tasted anything quite like their lobster rolls. The originality of the dish, combined with its outstanding flavor, left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend Mason's to anyone looking to enjoy a unique and...
Read moreI’m so happy Masons is finally in Italy! I have tried 5 restaurants in Milan that serve Lobster rolls and they just don’t compare or are double the price. At Masons you get the best lobster meat (quantity and quality) with 6 different preparations. Hot, cold, spiced, with bacon, extra meat… it’s all good. Their buttered, toasted buns really steal the show. I especially love the Diavolo XL. Hot, spicy and unique to Italy. Their fries are great too, try the sweet potato for something different and healthy. There are a few items missing from the American menu but honestly the Diavolo makes up for it :-) I will be here for it on every visit to Milan. The staff were super friendly as I needed a little help with the menu in Italian. Atmosphere was clean and...
