Matilde Osteria con carne alla brace — Restaurant in Milan

Mamma Mia!! It was my last night on my solo trip to Torino+Milano. I was really looking for some Osso Buco and Risotto Milanese to try. This place really blew me away!!

First, the food. That was one of the best dining experiences I had. I went for the Risotto Milanese and the Osso Buco, so so delicious!!! I absolutely loved it!! The Risotto was cooked perfectly and that meat was to die for.

Secondly, the service was absolutely incredible. The hostess was so full of life! She came over to find out how I was doing and also gave me a dessert on the house and they also offered me a Limoncello at the end.

Will take a flight from England, straight to this place, the next time I crave Osso Buco and will definitely recommend this place to all my friends!...

This place truly surprised me in the best way. The food was delicious, with generous portions and fresh ingredients — you can tell they care about quality. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the flavor and presentation you get.

But what really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Every person we met was incredibly welcoming and kind, with the kind of warm, genuine smiles that instantly make you feel at home. They made the whole meal feel like we were dining with friends.

Had a dine out with my girl on our last day in Milan. Wanted to finish strong and try risotto alla milanese con ossobucko and others. Osteria did not disappoint! Food was the best we had in our whole trip! We were so full but it wasnt heavy. Price was a bit high but ossobucko wasnt cheaper elsewhere anyway. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They were even concerned when i was giving my carpaccio a suspicious look 🤨 (im not a raw meat fan but since my girl is, i tried it anyway 😅) and asked if something is off and how they could help.
