We stopped in for coffee and a 20-piece chicken nugget snack before heading to Rome! The quality of the food is much better in Italy than in American McDonald’s, and the Americano coffee was very good also. I wish they offered honey mustard sauce, but only mustard. Ordering at the electronic kiosks with giant touch screens was super easy, and it’s nice to see photos of everything. We picked up the food at one counter and the coffee at the McCafe counter. There were a lot of people but they moved in and out quickly so we were able to grab a booth. A gentleman came by to grab the trays, and everything was good. The elevator from the lobby level 0 to the McDonald’s on level 1 was a bit janky and smelled like pee…

Right in the heart of Central Milan station. Great to get away from the bustle above and below in the public areas. Like my own country, homeless is an issue. Italpolice evicted a couple of people sleeping on the premises. Sad to see but there are places, not as many as needed, that people can access. Big place and friendly staff. Bathrooms are available to customers (access number is on your receipt) or you have to pay one Euro to access.

Food was very good, atmosphere was good, service was good. They kept messing up my father's drink order but got it correct the 3rd time. Very strange to see them using green scrubbing pads in the urinal as urinal screens, to keep urine from splashing back. Those kinds of pads are used to scrub hard to clean places, it would be the equivalent of using a heavy duty dish sponge for the same usage, though very effective.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I came in simply wanting a vegetarian meal, using the kiosk that clearly listed a "crispy McWrap." We carefully removed bacon (because we’re vegetarian) and placed the order in good faith. When we realized the bacon still came in the wrap, we politely went to the counter to have it corrected. That’s when everything spiraled – all thanks to a staff member named Roshni. Instead of helping or apologizing, Roshni immediately turned the situation around and blamed us. She was shockingly rude, dismissive, and downright hostile – as if asking for basic customer service was some kind of crime. She kept pointing her finger and the wrap at us, the wrap with chicken, and stuffed it in our face. When we requested a refund, she became even worse: raising her voice, acting as though she didn’t know where our table was (as if that’s our fault), and jabbing her finger at us in the most aggressive, obnoxious way imaginable. The hostility was unbelievable for a fast-food restaurant. We came in peacefully, expecting McDonald’s level of professionalism and respect, but instead were met with the worst employee attitude I’ve ever witnessed in any restaurant. Her behavior was unprofessional, insulting, and humiliating. McDonald’s should be ashamed to have someone like Roshni representing them. She turned what should’ve been a simple fix into an awful, stressful ordeal. If you’re vegetarian, beware – and if you value basic courtesy and respect, avoid this location altogether. I've never had a bad experience at a McDonalds back home, but good job Roshani, you successfully...

I have to start by saying that they are not capable of making sandwiches. I received a crespy bacon with just a quarter of bacon, and it was so dry that it was chokingly difficult to eat. And let's talk about the fries, it seems like they put them on a strict diet – they were extremely thin, and it was a challenge to pick them up with that tiny fork they give you.

Moreover, the place was overcrowded, which is somewhat expected since it's located in Milan station, but the bathrooms were a complete mess. Overall, this was definitely my last time there.

I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the sandwich preparation at this place. The quality of the food was subpar, and the experience was underwhelming. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, at least not based on...

Ordini, paghi i tuoi sudati 4,20 euro, e tutto sembra andare a gonfie vele.
