Food was okay, but staff were rude and unfriendly. I waited in line, but when it was my turn, the waitress went away. I had to wave at her and then she took my order but in a cold way. The other woman at the cashier was also not friendly. Overall we had the feeling we were not welcome at all. I think this is a hidden gem in Brera, the most underrated bakery but offering a wide selections of baked goods, sweet, savoury and even fresh made pasta. The ciambella (sugar ring donut) is so soft and fresh. Famous for their freshly baked pizza with variety of flavours and you can request it to be hot. My personal favourite is the pizza with onion. My worst customer experience ever. The lady attendant was mocking me with a colleague about my poor Italian pronunciation. When I confronted her asking for her supervisor or store manager, no one could help me in the store. Their bakery products could be the best but the human touch (customer service) is completely absent. I speak Spanish, Portuguese and English and have been studying Italian for a while.
