A Flavorful Journey That Delivers Excellence
Tucked away in a small corner of Milano's Chinatown, this pho restaurant may not boast the most extravagant decor, but what it lacks in size and flashy design, it more than makes up for with its exceptional culinary offerings. Despite the modest setting, the restaurant’s cleanliness is impeccable, showcasing a clear commitment to providing a well-kept space for diners.
Now, onto the star of the show: the pho. Simply put, it was one of the finest bowls of pho I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The broth was nothing short of exceptional—rich, intense, and deeply aromatic. It enveloped the senses with a complexity that made each sip a pleasure. The noodles? Perfectly cooked with a delightful body and an almost savory depth that paired beautifully with the broth. And let’s not forget the herbs—fresh and vibrant, they brought the entire dish together, enhancing the flavors and adding layers of complexity. It was a pho experience that will stay with me for a long time.
Service, too, was top-notch. Our waiter, Ioio, was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of throughout our meal. It’s not often you encounter such a genuine and helpful service experience, and she truly added to the overall enjoyment of the visit.
In conclusion, this pho restaurant delivers on all fronts—outstanding food, excellent service, and an experience worth returning for. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any pho enthusiast or anyone looking to dive into an authentic and unforgettable bowl. I’ll certainly be coming back soon to savor the...
Read moreAs a Vietnamese international student traveling through Italy, my husband and I found ourselves craving some comfort food after having our fill of Western cuisine. We discovered this restaurant, and it offered just what we needed.
The menu is quite diverse. We ordered the beef ball Pho, roasted duck Pho, and takoyaki. While the Pho doesn't exactly taste like traditional Vietnamese Pho, it was still delicious enough to make us want to return. The broth was light and sweet, and the noodles were soft. The roasted duck was outstanding—the skin was crispy, yet the meat remained tender and flavorful. Both pho dishes were generously portioned with plenty of beef and duck, so much so that I had to work hard to finish my bowl!
Although this place specializes in Vietnamese food, the takoyaki was also very tasty—hot and flavorful. My only critique is that the batter was a bit thick for my liking.
The restaurant has clean restrooms, offers WiFi, and the staff—including the owner—were all very polite. Our food arrived promptly, within 10-15 minutes of ordering.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience here and would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a break from...
Read moreA gourmet pho if there ever was one! Sumptuous, savory broth. The beef was soft, tender and flavorful. The noodles not too soft, not tough... just perfect. All the trimmings were provided - Thai basil, cilantro, sliced hot peppers, bean sprouts and green lime.
The food runner explained what all three herbs were for in case I didn't know, and explained that the sauce provided was not spicy (sriracha available upon request). Smiles and friendly service from the server and the food runner. The next table told her she was "very kind" for taking the time to translate for them.
Excellent! Perfect! Five...
