Pizzeria Naturale — Restaurant in Milan

Today I came to Milan for the first time in my life and I was very hungry. I saw this restaurant while passing by. At first I thought it was closed, there was not even a single customer inside. Then when I tried to open the door, it opened and the man said it was open and he was talking on the phone. Anyway, I was very happy and went in. I wouldn't have entered. Everything was so terrible, I waited 20 minutes to order tuna pizza because the man was still talking on the phone, finally I couldn't stand it and called the man by making hand gestures. The man came to me talking on the phone. I placed my order. The order arrived 15 minutes later. disgrace. The plate was ice cold, I literally looked for tuna on the pizza. it was so small. The worst pizza experience in Milan. We went with our family, with two children under 3 years old. As soon as we entered we asked 2 small pizza's for the children, to make them eat while we waited. It took the pizzeris that was only half full, more than 45 minutes for two half sized pizzas. No trace of a pizza for the adults for over and hour. We all speak italian, yet no one thought to let us know if there were any issues. When the personnel were prompted many times, just to give something to the kids, they were rude, unhelpful and ready to put up a fight. We did not switch place only because of the children. Io e dei miei amici ci siamo finiti per caso e tutti assieme, alla fine, abbiamo convenuto che fosse la peggior cena mai fatta. Esteticamente bello fino a quando non arrivi al tavolo e ti accorgi di essere finito alla mensa della Caritas o comunque di un oratorio, niente tovaglia, piatti diversi fra loro, sedie che sembrano rubate tanto sono misere e diverse fra di loro. Il personale è altamente incompetente tanto da riderci su e intavolare scommesse sui futuri errori, vi basti sapere che tutto quello che ho chiesto non arrivava e ho dovuto insistere almeno 3 o 4 volte per portata, per non parlare della birra che dopo averla chiesta con insistenza 3 volte, mi è stato detto che era finita. Per i primi, sia chi ha preso risotto, chi ha preso carne e chi ha preso la pizza, ha gridato allo schifo. La pizza è più sottile di un foglio di carta, compreso il bordo, chiunque sa che la pizza deve essere lievitata e deve essere un minimo spessa sennò si chiamerebbe piadina. Tutti i sapori di tutte le pizze sono stati coperti da una quantità di sale imbarazzante, tanto da far star male alcuni di noi e boccheggiare in cerca di aria e qualcosa di fresco e dolce, per sciacquare la bocca da tutto quel sale. Non ci siamo spinti oltre e siamo usciti, unica nota un minimo positiva è che il prezzo è medio-basso ma comunque, 22€ la prossima volta li darò veramente alla Caritas che almeno faccio del bene. Chiudo con amici e me compreso in crisi per tutto quel sale, tanto da chiedersi se chiamare un' ambulanza, tanto stavamo male e boccheggiando.
