Pizzium — Restaurant in Milan

Visited to dine numerous times in the past 3 years. I've never been disappointed, the service is always very friendly, the pizzas are always very well done and the ingredients are of great quality.

The drinks and sweets are also great. Coffee is a + too. Clean and tidy, both the kitchen and the dining area. The tram from Porta Venezia stops close by so it's easy to reach via public transport, if driving there you will find some parking bays where you can pay and park but the majority are resident only bays so I'd recommend public transport to reach them.

Location has both an inside dining area and an ample terrace outside should the weather be nice enough.

Pizza is very hard to judge as everyone has particular taste and expectations when it comes to pizza, in my opinion, this is how pizza should be, amazing.

I wish it was possible to give negative stars, because this is what this place deserves. It took more than 1h to be seated, the overall service it was the rudest in the entire city, but definitely the lowest point was that the pizza came with a massive piece of glass on it! When I discreetly showed the waitress, she looked at the glass and asked me what to do. I was in completely shock with the horrible customer service but the worst part was when I said "I cannot eat pizza with glass" and she then picked the glass with a napkin and took it away. I could not believe what happened in front of my eyes and my surprise when I asked for the bill and I saw they charged the full price for the pizza AND service charge!

I tried to argue, but their level of English was just too low for any type of communication.

Pizza was very delicious indeed. But the service is so bad from female waiters. When I asked waiter if they have pizza with artichoke she said she doesn’t what means. I ordered Spritz (was also good) but she brought me large glass of cocktail without a straw! For other customers she brought cocktails with the straw. Which I have asked separately. After the lunch I have asked for check and they said it’s inside I need to pay. I went inside and was totally ignored by all the waiters! No smile, no prego, nothing! There was a guy sitting next to my table and waiter was so lovely to him! Only the guy waiter (don’t know his name) was nice and providing good service.
