A Delightful Dining Option in Milano How would you feel if, on your second visit to a restaurant, the owner and waitstaff remembered that you first came here six months ago? This is a restaurant that is attentive and cares about its customers. The staff are polite, don't pressure you about the menu, and are genuinely happy that you are enjoying your evening as much as they are doing business. It's a small restaurant with a carefully selected menu. We were very satisfied on our second visit as well. The cod and tiramisu were excellent. A week later, we came back to celebrate my wife's birthday. If you go to a place multiple times and see the same quality, you should keep giving it a chance. There's no need to take any risks :)) Be sure to make your way to this restaurant. But don't forget to make a reservation for the evening....

Premetto che l’errore è stato mio…è stato mio perché attratto dal nome del locale e dalle foto mi aspettavo di trovare un bel menu, salumi e panigacci. All’ingresso il locale risulta vuoto, ci chiedono se abbiamo prenotato, fanno finta di trovarci un buco, e ci fanno sedere ( a fine cena, nessun altro oltre a una coppia, si è aggiunta a noi…locale vuoto anche a fine serata). Ci sediamo e una volta aperto il menu, non vedendo i panigacci avremmo dovuto alzare i tacchi e andarcene! Invece, dato io personale gentile decidiamo di rimanere e scegliere dell’altro. Scegliamo un antipasto di salumi da dividere, un Hambuger Homemade e un piatto di baccalà mantecato. La ragazza che prende l’ordine, dopo aver annotato le nostre scelte ci dice che SCONSIGLIA I SALUMI PERCHÉ CONFEZIONATI. Chiediamo dei suggerimenti e arriva il titolare..apparentemente gentile per poi rivelarsi un bel furbo. Lui ci sconsiglia tutti i piatti scelti, perché a detta sua SONO PIATTI PER GLI STRANIERI. Ci consiglia bruschette con funghi trifolati, guancia di maialino e un piatto di pollo…a detta sua, il top della loro cucina dato il CUOCO BRASILIANO..da un antipasto inizialmente scelto, ne arrivano due…uno piatto con due bruschette con del salmone e altre due con pomodorini e mozzarella. Un secondo piatto con pane croccante e funghi trifolati…DOVEVANO ESSERE DELLE BRUSCHETTE CON FUNGHI TRIFOLATI. Arrivano i secondi…pollo e verdure SALATISSIMO E guancia di maiale con pure SALATISSIMO!! Forse in Brasile, si usa tanto sale….forse per aggiungere DUE BOTTIGLIE D’acqua al conto mi vien da dire.. non diciamo nulla per non far polemica…prendiamo due caffè e ci alziamo per pagare…90€ per due antipasti e due secondi..anche il conto MOLTO SALATO…non ci lascia neanche uno scontrino dettagliato…solo la Ricevuta del bancomat…ci lascia pure i biglietti da visita per farci tornare e per lasciargli 5 stelle…una stella giusto perché non posso mettere zero…MAI PIÙ!!!!!!! Ah…dimenticavo quasi…all’uscita, solo un tavolo si è aggiunto a noi…e anche loro, una coppia, non avevano prenotato! All’ingresso ci avevano fatto credere di esser pieni e di averci trovato un buco per fortuna…sicuramente questa cena la ricorderò…ma per...

To summarise our experience with this amazing place, after we finished dinner we both agreed that this place alone was worth the trip to Milano.

The place is a bit away from the very center of Milano, making it a quiet, nice spot to enjoy with classic ambiance and the service was impeccable and very attentive to requests and food allergies, as well as being just overall nice people.

But of course the thing that matters most is the food and it was simply delightful. Something like the platonic ideal of Italian food with fantastic ingredients, tasty by themselves, all amazingly put together. We literally ordered seconds!
