I had an amazing experience at Rice Express! The food was delicious and fresh, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. As a half Chinese person, I have to say this place is SO authentic!! Don't be fooled by its "fast food" advertising or look - their noodle and dim sum options are simply the best and the service is so wonderful and attentive. Mi costa molto essere costretto, per l'ennesima attesa infinita, a scrivere questa recensione. Perché la qualità e la quantità dei piatti sono decisamente buone, ma la disorganizzazione del locale distrugge il servizio. Ordine sul posto ore 12,50 da asporto (1 ravioli cristallo + 1 udon gamberi), ritirato ore 13,25. 35 minuti di attesa. 35 minuti. Trentacinque. Per due piatti. E la stessa fine (20 min. di attesa) l'hanno fatta altri clienti che avevano prenotato tramite msg al mattino con ritiro alle 13 (3 piatti, non pronti all'orario pattuito con anticipo, ma alle 13,20). E la stessa fine hanno fatto altri clienti, in lunghe attese sia per mangiare sui tavolini fuori, sia altri ordinando d'asporto come me. Ed è la stessa fine di sempre: non le conto più le scene di calca e ritardo che ho visto e vissuto nei mesi scorsi, quando già si accumulavano clienti nel cambio di gestione, dove addirittura sono anche aumentati i piatti ordinabili. Semplicemente inaccettabile, a meno che abbiate un sacco di tempo da perdere.
