Very unimpressed. Food lacked any kind of seasoning and was not flavourful at all. Portion size is ok and the food is edible, but nowhere near the standard of proper Italian food. We tried the risotto Milanese, veal cutlet and Robespierre tagliata. Bland and not flavourful at all. Might have been an off night or maybe they noticed we were tourists and didn't bother. We didn't complain because, like i said, the food was edible and we just ate it and left. Service was ok, except that we heard the staff saying (in italian) they hoped we left quickly coz they needed the table for another booking, after they said they had space available. I speak italian but my partner doesn't, so i spoke in english so she could understand. Obviously the staff thought we don't understand Italian. Wonderful experience at the “La Ragazza” pizzeria (original from Cilento). We had an amazing octopus with artichokes (yes, you might wonder, but try it) and an amberjack (“ricciola”) with freshly cut artichokes (impressive). The boss of the restaurant, Francesco, was amazing at understanding our tastes and created a couple of dishes just for us.
