I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. Nestled along the Naviglio river, it boasts a charming and inviting atmosphere that feels very home-like.The interior decor, with its warm lighting and abundance of wooden textures, exudes a comforting vibe. The handcrafted art pieces dotted around the restaurant added to the overall appeal, setting high expectations for our dining experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by our waiter, who provided detailed explanations of the menu offerings. However, our dining experience hit a snag when I discovered a large spider in my water glass shortly after it was served. Although the waiter promptly apologized, it was a somewhat unsettling start to the evening.

Moving on to the food, we opted for the €35 antipasto, primo, secondo course. The focaccia bread served as a starter was unremarkable in appearance but tasted decent. Unfortunately, the complimentary bread provided was stale.

For my primo piatto, I tried the seafood carbonara, which pleasantly surprised me with its flavor. While it wasn't extraordinary, it was well-seasoned and featured a diverse selection of seafood.

My main course, a rosemary-infused steak, was cooked to near perfection and of decent quality, although I found the accompanying potatoes under-seasoned.

In summary, the food here is simple and honest, with no surprises. While it may not be groundbreaking, it's commendable that each dish came as advertised. Despite the minor hiccups, I believe this restaurant offers a cozy setting for dining with family...

Not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but this bar gave me the worst hospitality experience of my life. It was a sudden downpour of rain so we stepped in to buy a drink to wait it out. Told there were no tables. There were. We decided to get a drink anyway and stand outside under the umbrellas in the rain. The grey lady behind the bar was so openly livid she had to serve us.. My friend ordered 3 beers and a wine. She made them, and then I asked for another wine. She acted like she couldn’t believe it. She took my €6 payment and didn’t give me a receipt. Took my friend’s €21 payment and gave him a receipt. I asked for my wine and she told me my friend had took it. I explained we had ordered two wines in total - even showed her my Apple Pay receipt - and she outright lied and told me I had not paid for another wine. She then got the male manager over to also explain this lie, like I did not understand what had happened. My friends all had their drinks, so I was left with no choice but to pay for another glass. I now have two payments made to that place and I advise no one ever steps foot in there. They don’t deserve...

We have been in milano for couple of days and we have been lucky to get a sit at osteria via pre. What an amazing experience it was! What a delightful location and amazing staff! The waiter made us feel very welcomed with his effortless chat, we left our choice in his hand and wowwww did he choose well for us!!! 10/10 experience. Its is such an acomplishment to a restaurant to have such a multitasking stuff well articulated, educated and profesional yet so friendly and very spontaneus on speaking various languages to make anyone feel at home. Thanks to the waiter for fitting us in and...

Great Genovese dishes! All so flavorful! Very good wine! I had a Basil Pesto dish and also the fried fish as a starter. Everything great! The Foccaccia di Recco, delicious! Staff is very friendly! I’ve been back several times!

Vicinissima alla metro e alla stazione di porta Genova, bella la location, nella zona pedonale di via Casale dove i bambini possono anche scorrazzare. Importante dire che è all'ombra all'ora di pranzo. Prezzo buoni.
