The restaurant is nicely located in the heart of naples, which is buzzing at night. We came for dinner at 19:00 and the restaurant was completely empty, but the water was kind and engaging so we decided to eat there with two people. The waiter tried to sell us a seafood platter, which we declined. He was very eager to take our order quickly and made some small talk which was meant to charm us.
The food came quickly but only one dish was brought out at first, the other one came about three minutes later. It would have been a better experience to wait with the first dish then, since this created a rushed feeling. The waiter also cleaned the first empty plate as soon as the fork was put down, which felt more rushed and is also rude to the person still eating.
The food was average and the draft beer as well. Some bread was brought in a closed brown paper bag without us even knowing what it was.
Coperto was 3 euro per person, so a total of 6. Since we felt rushed by the waiter and also know tipping in italy is optional, we did not leave a tip, which caused the waiter to come after us and yell at us for not leaving a tip. This was a very rude experience, but explained a scene we had witnessed earlier, where another table left under a loud argument with the waiter cause they felt...
Read moreThe worst staff and food ever, it is disrespectful to even call this a carbonara, staff is so rude that you won't even believe that you are a guest of the restaurant. The pasta was smelling so badly on rotten eggs. The old man served us at 13h p.m. and he didn't wanted to get me a cappucino. After we said that it's impossible to eat this pasta the old man just turned the head. After I said that I won't pay for it he started to get into my face and told me that he will come to my country and that he also is not gonna pay for the food he eats even though we didn't eat the pasta at all since it was so bad. The waiters were laughing at us and they were extremely rude. To mention, we were the only table in the restaurant at the moment and no one payed attention...
Read moreIf I knew the Italian word for "horrific" this is where you'd insert it. I saved this review for when I left the city due to the mob mentality surrounding the proudness around the food. Judging by the quality of this place, there's definitely no mob connections here.
The Pizza 🍕 looked and tasted like it was found after the long fires of Rome that took over the city. Burnt black to a crisp. The service was rude and unwarranted.
Several customers seem to be on edge by one of the weight staff after he was approached a few times about uncleanliness in the toilet.
You can take a swift walk by this place, you're not missing anything but a...
