Absolutely terrible in every way imaginable. To start off, the atmosphere was awful. The music, styling, and overall ambience was unpleasant. We decided to stay and ignore the horrible vibe of the restaurant, due to the good reviews. BIG MISTAKE! TRUST YOUR GUT! For a starter, we got the stuffed courgette flowers, a dish that we had eaten twice in Positano a few days earlier. In Positano, in both places, it was cheaper (surprisingly since Positano is a more expensive place in general), and one trillion times better. This was one of the first times in my whole life where I could not force myself to eat the food. It was simply inedible and we were in disbelief. By this point we had already lost our appetite, but we had no choice but to sit through a second disastrous dish. The tagliata steak, was at least somewhat edible - NOT TASTY, but barley edible. On top of the steak was the worst cheese I have tried in Italy, but thankfully I was able to remove it. My friend had the lemon spaghetti, which made us feel as if we had covid and had completely lost our sense of taste. Somehow they made it have even less taste than plain pasta by itself - seriously, I have tried pasta by itself and it has more taste. The only thing on the whole dish that had any taste was the cheese by itself, and its taste wasn't pleasant (as described earlier). As a whole this felt to be the biggest waste of money ever. Never in our lives have we felt more disappointed about spending money in this manner, and this feeling lasted for a while. Not at all good value for money. The only somewhat positive thing I can say was that the service was ok, unlike what other reviewers had described, and the waiters were friendly. I want to finish off by saying that I have nothing against the owner of this restaurant, as I am seeing angry replies to other reviewers from him/her. I simply want the owner to understand that he/she cannot keep a clientele by serving this terrible food. Something needs to be done for the wellbeing of the business. I expect a reply lecturing me about Italian cuisine. All I know is that I have been to Capri, Positano, Florence, Rome and Naples, and I have never eaten anything as...
Read moreWe visited the restaurant on 08.08. We are a rather big family with 6 people, therefore, I asked, kindly, if they had a table for us. The first response from a waitress (blonde hair) was rather unwelcoming and somewhat annoyed by the fact that we had a child (my sister) with us. The other waiter (or manager) nicely arranged us a table. After that we sat down and waited for the waitress to take our orders. At first she asked us very nicely, if we would like to have water. At this point I believed it could be a nice dinner, I was wrong! Very wrong!!! She has not asked us later. I asked her later whether they had something from the soft drinks (it says “soft drinks” on the menu), I was curious as I did not want to have an alcoholic beverage, plus we had a child with us, who might have liked something other than water. Short answer no! The food: It was miserable, the two chicken dishes we ordered were unfathomably tasteless and burnt, tasted like charcoal, looked like charcoal. The bread under the salad which my father ordered was hard as a rock, quite frankly inedible… In addition, we had to wait a LOT for the main course of my mum. All in all, we felt very unwelcomed, the waitress was rude, this was nowhere near a good customer service, the dishes have not matched the prices. Awful experience for a lot of money!! Not...

Buona giornata. E...
