Officina - Ba-Bar — Restaurant in Naples

The food was exquisite tapas with good options for all types of eaters - seafood, meat, vegetarian option. Outdoor area with views of the sea and Castle with shaded umbrellas and lots of tables is a must if you are eating lunch in the heat. There is a very good array of drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The toilets were downstairs but unfortunately the lights weren't working when we went, so only usable with phone torches, but good facilities otherwise.

Update: the service for our table was not very good. The servers seemed to avoid our table and forgot one of our dishes. Our party tried to pay for approx 5 mins as they avoided...

Good coffee and chocolate cake, very expensive for what it was. We had a pretty bad experience with the waiters - while generally friendly, they first forgot to bring us our cake, and then they for some reason decided to start opening and then closing one of the outside umbrellas even though we were sitting right next to it, almost getting hit by it. Didn't even apologise at first or ask us to please sit at a different table, they only apologised after we spoke up and it didn't seem like they cared at all. I was walking by and liked the look of the place so tried to sit for a coffee. When I asked the waitress if it was OK to sit she said 'wait' and walked away so I stepped back and waited. This was outside. She then moved on to other tasks and walked past me several times without even looking up, even when she knew I was waiting for her. I had to ask another waiter if I could sit. He said the tables were booked so I walked away. Don't even want to know what the service in this place is like - I didn't even sit and the treatment I got...
