O Cerriglio piazza Bovio — Restaurant in Naples

Very slow service. We were seated at a table for 2 and waited 10 minutes for someone to come over with menus. Ended up going to the bar to get menus and just had to grab them myself. Then waited another 10 minutes for someone to take an order. We ordered everything at once to try and speed things up, only ordering 1 pizza and a portion of mixed bruschetta in total. 40 minutes later (not an exaggeration at all) we were brought a pizza. We did not get our bruschetta and the pizza we got was not the one we had ordered. The staff did not seem very attentive at all and one member of staff just seemed to be right outside the restaurant door smoking every 5 minutes (not very hygenienic). We were not impressed at all by the service or attitude of staff and despite the pizza being pretty good it did not compensate for the hour that we spent from sitting down to receiving it. Perfect from start to finish. The seating on the terrace is lovely and with a great view. The waiters were all super friendly and spoke multiple Languages. The menu was super! Versatile and something for Meat lovers, vegetarians or fish lovers. We started with an amazing swordfish starter what was gorgeous. Then my partner had the mushroom pasta and I had the risotto with Gorgonzola, pork sausage and rucula. My rissoto was just fantastic. A super great combination of flavours and lots of it. It was super but couldn't finish it because it was so much. They had a super collection of desserts to but I just couldn't fit more in. Absolutely recommended to come here. Really good place, good prices and very good pizza but what I didn’t like that much was the staff. We probably made a mistake because as tourists we didn't know that we have to be seated by the staff, so we sat down alone and received very arrogant behavior for that. The woman who served us didn't greet us and didn't say a word the whole time and then she even made fun of my boyfriend for his pronounciation when he tried to say “Thank you” in Italian. She didn’t even try to hide it and started imitating my boyfriend right in front of us.
