We have visited this place on Monday morning this week (13 May). We wanted to drink coffee and have some snack. We decided to order a small pizza margarita, there were four of us. So we ordered four pizzas. The waiter brought us half of pizza and half toast sandwiches to each of us. Since the waiter has spoken very bad English the easiest way to explain that we donât want sandwiches is to tell him that we are vegetarians and we didnât order sandwiches. He told us that he had just two margaritas so he sliced them into two parts and added some sandwiches (which we didnât order). When I told him that we donât want sandwiches he was a little bit annoyed at us. So he took the plates inside and came back with just those sliced margaritas and he asked us where are we from. We told him we are from Bosnia. A few minutes later we heard from inside some sounds, the waiter and his company were reciting Muslim call to prayer. They concluded that we are Muslims because we didnât want to take sandwiches with the pork meat inside (the sandwiches we didnât order) and also the fact that we are from Bosnia. So we donât recommend this place. It will always stay as a black spot of our...
Read moreLast night, my sister and I sat to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset as the evening came to a close. The first thing we noticed was that the waiting staff were all quite young, not an issue we thought, but it may explain the following event as we have found naples and its residents to be nothing more than helpful in every way. However, the staff member that came to ask for our order must not have liked us ordering in English as when he walked away to another young staff member, he turned towards us as he repeated our order he spat out to us in disgust. We were very surprised at this attitude and thought maybe it wasn't meant. However, his following actions made it clear, and we politely told him to leave our order and explained we could hear and understand very clearly. It is unfortunate that we have encountered such attitude as the view here is lovely in...
Read moreWe spent 5 days in Naples and though we were closer to the train station, this place was absolutely worth the walk. It was here I understood the Italian saying "Il dolce far nienteâ. The servers were actively serving everyone but also gave time to themselves. It was really nice to just sit, not caring about the time, enjoying some cocktails! Our server Salvatore was a blast, asking us where weâre visiting from, even giving us some nice recommendations for dinner later on. This is definitely not a place to go if youâre in a hurry. The servers move at the their own pace, though we didnât have to wait too long...
