Pizza E' Coccos' — Restaurant in Naples

My huband and I ordered a Margherita and a bufala pizza and we received two bufala pizzas. We assumed they had made a mistake so instead of sending it back and it going to waste we began eating it. Then the waitress came out with the correct pizza as another table must’ve ordered the same thing. She began tsking me as if it were my fault for being given the wrong pizza. When we went to pay we were charged for the incorrect pizza which was more expensive and the lady at the counter was extremely rude and told us we had to pay cash when we only had card. We received no apologies for the mistake...

We wanted a margarita pizza that was clearly posted as €4.50 on the menu but they tried to charge us €7 for the pizza and claimed it was because we wanted it to go so we said okay we’ll eat here instead. Then they tried to give us two pizzas but we just wanted one. Then they charged us €7.50 when we left with no receipt (every other restaurant throughout Naples gave us a receipt) even though all we had was a pizza no drinks/water. So very sketchy with pricing but pizza was good. Just wish they weren’t so difficult and had more transparency...

Abbiamo chiamato per chiedere la consegna a domicilio di una 4 stagioni, ma ci hanno detto che non facevano consegne a domicilio a quell'ora (22:26). Abbiamo dunque deciso di passare a ritirare la pizza di persona e mi hanno detto che sarebbe stata pronta nel giro di 5 minuti. Quando sono arrivata in pizzeria (ben 15 minuti dopo e attraversando la zona della stazione di Napoli che non è affatto sicura a quell'ora) mi hanno detto e ribadito che le pizze erano finite e che probabilmente avevo ordinato la 4 stagioni in un'altra pizzeria. Poi un componente dello staff si è ricordato del nostro ordine telefonico, e ci ha detto che la pizza doveva ancora essere infornata (al telefono avevano detto pronta in 5 minuti). Abbiamo quindi aspettato. A casa, all'apertura della scatola abbiamo scoperto che la pizza era piccola, con una forma allungata a pera (come da foto allegate), ed emanava cattivo odore per effetto del basilico messo in eccesso e marcito per effetto del calore. Inoltre, aveva un buco del diametro di 6-7 cm in corrispondenza del quale la pizza era incollata al cartone (segno che la forma allungata e il buco erano stati operati di proposito dopo il deposito nella scatola).
