Fantastic dinner to finish our first day in Orvieto. Terrific antipasto - Tagleri di salami e fromaggi. I had the regional pasta ombrichelli. The dish was Ombrichelli all'amatriciana - it was absolutely smashing, so flavourful. Thank goodness for the bread to get every bit of the sauce. My partner had Parmigiana del melanzone - eggplant parmesan, which was thoroughly enjoyed. We had lunch here. This was ideal as it was a stones throw from the main attractions. We didn’t book, but found a table available, the menu is in Italian, but the waiters have broken English or access through Translate apps. We ordered our main and wine, all came in a timely manner.
