Fantastic dinner to finish our first day in Orvieto. Terrific antipasto - Tagleri di salami e fromaggi. I had the regional pasta ombrichelli. The dish was Ombrichelli all'amatriciana - it was absolutely smashing, so flavourful. Thank goodness for the bread to get every bit of the sauce. My partner had Parmigiana del melanzone - eggplant parmesan, which was thoroughly enjoyed.
