I recently visited this cozy bar and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. Hole in the wall place serving great tapas (ciccchetti) in a very nice little space. We asked if they had a menu in English and the owner (we presume; or manager) responded "I have no menu. I AM the menu." We tried ten different things, which ranged from very good to superb. And the fries were as good as any we have ever had. (They are cut concave, to maximize the surface area, and then perfectly fried. Served with no sauce – because they don't need it.) They also have a great wine selection. Had a good local white. This place was a big disappointment. I had read some good reviews and decided to try it. The place is small and cute, beautifully decorated with wine bottles all around. But the service was very deficient, indifferent to say the best. The waiters were engaged in a very loud conversation among themselves and ignored the customers. I ordered a Spritz, which I have tried many time in the Veneto region. It was not sparkling at all, rather watered down.
