I usually don't leave many comments, but I think people, especially students, must be aware of what a disaster the place's workers are. Seeing that they cannot accept criticism and keep replying to low ratings saying "oh you don't even have any reviews," "oh but we were the only open place on that day" (not true), "but what you say isn't true because many others say the opposite" shows how fragile their ego is. You have to chill and learn how to accept criticism, guys. Otherwise you'll continue losing customers :) can't wait to see your passive-aggressive reply to this comment as well. Maybe I'll be blamed with being a fake account, who knows :) Edit: "Why does your hate push to tell lies" - the issue is you cannot admit that many people experienced the rudeness of your staff, and you are trying to manipulate people using the "900 positive reviews." This is not how these things work, just because some people use positive reviews here, this doesn't change the fact that many of them, including me, experience negative things, especially from your staff. "On Easter Sunday we were the only ones open in Piazza delle Erbe" lies, Starbucks was working, for example. Plus, their workers are a thousand times kinder than yours. "Why does your hatred lead you to judge our responses as passive-aggressive?" I have better things to do than hating on rude workers. All I did was to share my experience so the others would be aware of it. You, on the other hand, should check what it means to be passive-aggressive. This is not the way to respond to customers, whether they leave a negative review or not. "Since you are not a fake account, why don't you identify yourself and tell us in person the reason for your hatred" wow, do you want me to also give you my address? What do you want to do when you see me, perhaps give more passive-aggressive responses?:) you guys have seen me so many times that the only kind colleague of yours keeps greeting me when she sees me on the street. However, not only her kindness was enough to keep me as a regular customer. Also, why don't you ask the people who give you positive reviews to pay you a visit and tell you in person? Maybe they are also fake? Or is your ego so fragile that the only reviews you can't bear are the negative ones?...
Read moreThe place is cute and coffees are nice, but I don't like their behaviour towards costumers.
I was there with a friend, and we left almost full coffee and tea on the table, a backpack and we went in front of the caffe to have a cigarette. I think it was really obvious that we didn't leave the caffe, as the backpack was there, and also we didn't pay. They took our drinks, and we said that to one of the waiters, she went to check and told us that we can go inside, and our order will be repeated as it was their mistake. We went back inside, another waiter came to us and asked if we want to repeat the order, and we said about the conversation with her colleague, and she said well just to make it clear, you will have to pay it twice. We don't really care about free drinks, nor we asked for that, but that way of acting towards costumers is unacceptable: they told us it's their mistake (which it was), they told us we can sit and get new drinks, and then tried to "make it clear that we'll pay twice". Well, no,...
Read moreI was quite excited to see specialty coffee in Italy, however, I was quite disappointed with the quality of our order. A flat white is made with a double shot, this was single shot and hence the drink was lacking coffee flavor and was rather bland. For a place claiming to serve specialty coffee you expect baristas with skill, latte art and quality. Unfortunately this wasn’t it… The 8,50 slice of toast with a little bit of hummus tasted great but the portion is just much too small for this price.
Edit: wanted to give it another shot and tried their espresso: greatly balanced cup and the barista actually came out explaining the flat white was made with a double shot. I still think it could be improved but very...
