Flower Burger — Restaurant in Padua

We were excited to eat here based on the positive reviews and that we are vegetarians visiting Padua. We were, however disappointed. The burgers were ok. Buns seemed not so fresh and the potatoes we ordered on the side were on the cold side, slightly reheated and seemed a day or so old. Had to try this fully vegan burger joint in Padua. Group of us had a variety of burgers, all truly delicious. The Parmigiana burger and the Funny Crispy were our favourites. Special mentions for the fried stuffed olives (olive ascolame) which we had as an apertiser and the baconnaise. The staff were friendly and chatty and they gave us an extra portion of the salami al cioccolato. Worth a visit for Vegans...

Sono davvero rimasta molto delusa. In passato, sono stata in un altro locale della catena Flower Burger a Verona ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica. Per questo motivo, ho deciso di fermarmi anche nel punto vendita di Padova, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata diametralmente opposta.

Ho ordinato il panino “Spicy Cecio”, ma mi è stato servito senza salsa e spinaci, e con pochissime cipolle caramellate, ridotte a due pezzi sotto l’hamburger di ceci. In pratica, mi hanno portato un panino composto solo da pomodoro, un burger di ceci schiacciato e un po’ di lattuga. Quando abbiamo fatto notare la mancanza degli ingredienti, ci hanno aggiunto solo la salsa, dicendo di essersela dimenticata. Successivamente, ho chiesto perché mancassero gli spinaci, e mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano più, ma non ci avevano avvisato perché avevamo ordinato dal totem.

A questo punto, mi chiedo: non sarebbe meglio mettere un cartello o informare il cliente che mancano degli ingredienti fondamentali? Il locale era mezzo vuoto, quindi non si può nemmeno parlare di mancanza di tempo.
