Pizza al cubo — Restaurant in Padua

The pizza is good (averagely good) but the service is such a turn off. I know that it’s hard to smile all the time to your customers, but come on, don’t be rude…. When I came, there wasn’t any lines so I just asked what pizza did they have on that day? I asked them in italian and the staff was just like, “You can see it for yourself.” Umm… yes I can see them very well, I have two perfectly working eyes? But what I want is some explanations on the pizza they have because some of them looked similar. I need to ask again and point the pizze out one by one so they will explain them to me. Then she didn’t even ask me and was going to put my pizza on the tray. I stopped them because I wanted to take them home, but wouldn’t it be nicer if they at least ask first? When I came home, I reheated it but I was also pretty disappointed since they didn’t cut mine. I thought at least they will cut it so it will be easier for me to eat, especially because their name is “pizza on cube” and amongst the university students, they are quite famous for selling pizza, cut in cubes. Honestly I bought the pizza since I was too lazy to cook and I prefer them to cut my pizza for me…. Overall my so-so pizza cost 6,5€ and I think, it’s better for me to just go to a real pizzeria and buy margherita + funghi with 1€ more. I've eaten there many times, the pizzas are delicious and the blonde lady is always kind but today the other lady was serving and she's too rude with customers, she got too nervous because she wasn't understanding me in English and I was just simply asking her to clean the tables because all of them were too dirty!! Very nice Pizza.. it is a casual place which seemed to be a take away and dine in for local people. And school kids. Believe me, they know what is best. I had to order fast and even take my pizza cold cause I had to rush towards airport, but believe me that was amazing even in that state. I regret I did not find the place a few minutes earlier for some indulging. Will be a visit next...
