This is one of the very few places that make onigiri 😛 they use the sushi rice so it’s different from your usual onigiri, but the filling was delicious and you could tell it was prepared with care. I got all their vegan options (you might need to specify that you want it vegan as they use cream cheese in most of their veg options, but they are very careful in listening to any dietary requirement you might have) and i liked the rice, the size of the rolls and the presentation. Huge portions, very filling. The rice might have been a touch too sweet but that’s just my personal preference. The place it’s tidy and neat, very clean, and the staff friendly and polite. I hugely appreciated the fact they’ve triple checked to make sure my sushi was entirely vegan ♥️ I will definitely come back and try their all you can eat...

It is important to have in mind that this restaurant serves a brazilian fusion sushi. You should not expect tradicional japanese. It was not what I expected but as a brazilian, it made a lot of sense when I understood the reference. Maybe it would be better if they could make that clear. Also that the combo is the chef's speciality so you know you're taking the risk and trusting them with the boldness and creativity. The quality is good althought I was expecting to see more local produce. The place is nice. I like the decoration. Waitresses were very welcoming although not great english speakers. Aiko Sushi is my favorite sushi restaurant in town, and I was very happy to try their summer residence in Mondello. The place was nice and relaxing, the sushi sublime. However, at around 10.30 pm, the place started to look like a bar, young people started to poor in and walk around with their glass in their hands, while the music got louder and the waiter absolutely absent. The empty sushi plate was in front of us for nearly an hour, nobody came up to us to offer any dessert. So my only suggestion is: you are excellent at welcoming guests, pay attention to them...
