I went to Ayen gelateria with my son on his birthday trip to Palermo on Monday this week and the staff members very kind, they offered him to try different ice cream flavours so that he could make a good choice :) I was also impressed with the attitude of one of the staff, who immediately offered help to a young woman who fell down on the pavement in front of the gelateria, brought her a chair to see and a coffee. Well done! We were genuinely impressed to see so much kindness.

While visiting Palermo, my son celebrated his birthday. I stopped in to buy a cake in the late morning and they told me they would make a fresh cake for him and I could pick it up by 1900. It was a beautiful cake and it was delicious. They were friendly and helpful.

We've stopped twice at Ayen Gelateria during our visit to Palermo and enjoyed the coffee, lunch and the treats. Service was excellent. My American coffee with milk on the side was great and the lunch was tasty. Gelato hit the spot. ...
