Filicudi Mondello — Restaurant in Palermo

The staff and the atmosphere were fantastic. Even though we came early, and were the first ones here, we did not feel like an inconvenience at all. Moreover, the hostess treated our daughters as though they were her own. She accommodated every unique request our daughters had, and we couldn't be more grateful.

The food was fantastic, and the environment was easy and inviting. We're staying nearby here for a week and we will definitely be back.

On our second week of a month long adventure, this was a phenomenal restaurant and set a high bar. As the night went on you could see all of the locals come out for dinner here. We were impressed and extremely satisfied. Moreover, we are extremely grateful. Our hostess could not have made this a more perfect night, and the leftovers the next day had our girls smiling...

We went there with some colleagues to have a quick pizza on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not full, but it was busy. We arrived at 9, punctually. Unfortunately, the place was understaffed, they had serious difficulties to manage all the tables (although the waiter was really kind to us through the entire evening). We had some bruschette for starter and we had to send back half of them, because they were burnt. However, the most annoying thing was that we got our pizza at 11pm. Il posto è carino nell'insieme e anche il cibo è buono.. unica pecca è l'organizzazione molto caotica, essendo un ristorante evidentemente a conduzione familiare non c'è una gerarchia di chi da ordini e chi serve il cliente.. sembra che comandano tutti e così si perdono i pezzi del puzzle.. in sostanza mi spiego meglio.. una sera siamo stati a cena in questo posto, all'accoglienza il sig. Fabrizio ci ha fatti accomodare al nostro tavolo prenotato e subito hanno preso le varie ordinazioni. Abbiamo aspettato circa 40 minuti per gli Antipasti, sicuramente essendo sabato e c'era abbastanza gente.. poi è andata via la luce in tutto il locale per circa 25 minuti e tutto bloccato.. dopo esser tornata la luce abbiamo aspettato altri 40 minuti per i primi.. poi la cosa più strana è che il nostro tavolo durante tutta la sera era stato scambiato per un altro, per cui arrivavano sempre gli ordini sbagliati, cosa che al momento del pagamento ci ha fatto prestare massima attenzione per non pagare cibi o bevande non realmente consumate.. a parte l'attesa il cibo è abbastanza buono e anche le portate erano abbondanti, soprattutto le patatine con la fonduta. Unico accorgimento che do come consiglio a tutto lo staff è di essere più coesi e avere direttive da una sola persona (il capo/proprietario) quando si lavora con la clientela perché certe scenate davanti ai clienti non si fanno in quanto non è bello a vedere.. quindi uno deve "comandare" per portare avanti la barca non 100 teste che non portano avanti tutto il meccanismo.
