Felt bad for them at first as the table we took outside was abandoned without payment. But then I discovered why: rude and unresponsive manager/waitress that did not make eyecontact. Struggled to get menu as it is only available online and we are tourists dependent on wifi. Hovered around the counter until they eventually, annoyedly gave us the wifi code. Watched how they got orders (severely) wrong around us and waitress getting annoyed. Not exaggerating if I say they managed to get something wrong with every table: whether wrong order, or without cutlery, or simply very slow. We decided not to order food as we did not want to enter service engagement and the food delivered did not look appetising. The online menu is cute and looks like good options. Feel bad for the kitchen staff as they are trying their best and clearly work very hard but they need stronger leadership and a better system.

Delicious breakfast if you need a break from the typical italian pastry breakfast. Everything tasted very good except for the hashbrowns that tasted a bit frozen and reheated. The premises was very hot if you sit inside and the staff were kind of uncommited. They were watching their phones and not really paying attention to the customers. One of the other guests asked to order twice, both times he was ignored while it was quite obvious that the staff had time since they were on their phones and chitchatting. It’s a shame since it’s a very nice place to eat breakfast/brunch

Overall a little bit a disappointing dining experience. The food you get versus the cost, doesn’t add up. My husband went for the avocado toast and it had the slimmest cover of avocado on the bread. I ordered the Basket Egg - see picture - and it was ok but nothing special. The coffee was too watery and we both did not finish our coffees despite really looking forward to a coffee. The service for us was friendly and the restaurant is situated off the main hustle and bustle, so it is a bit more peaceful.

WORST PLACE IN PALERMO! DON’T RECOMMEND!

Unfortunately today we had a really bad experience. The service was bad and the food was way too expensive for the quality.

We searched for a healthy place for breakfast and found “NonnAngé” with some good reviews so the expectations were high.

To start… The place was too HOT. We asked for a table for 4 and the manager didn’t even tried to find us a table, told us that we needed to sit separate from each other, didn’t even had a smile to show us, just bad mood and bad vibe (super different from the sicily’s vibe).

We asked for 3 juices (nothing to say, they were average) and 1 cappucino with almond milk - the almond milk was SUPER sweet with a lot of sugar for a “healthy” place. Impossible to drink. We told the manager and asked politely to change for another juice.

We also asked for 4 avocado toast with yogurt bowl, 2 of them came with burned bread (I’ll attach a picture). We asked them to change one of the toasts because it was really bad. The other one we didn’t because we didn’t want to bother and make a scene. We usually don’t complain but it was impossible to eat. They were not happy at all with another change of order and neither were we, of course. They eventually changed the avocado toast but it came even worse than the first one. All of us tasted and we believe the egg was rotten. At the end, we asked for the bill and they wanted to charged us everything. We decided to write this review not because of the food, mistakes can happen to everyone, but because of the unacceptable atittude of the owners that started to yell - even the girl in the kitchen. We felt humilliated with all the scene and misunderstood, it wasn’t fair that we’ve paid for something that wasn’t or tasted good. At the end we payed all the bill to avoid more yelling and left really disappointed. As costumers we have the right to give our opinion and the owners need to accept it to improve and be better for all future clients. Don’t recommend at all, we paid 65€ for bad food and experience.

If You want good places to eat in palermo with good food and kind people: Focacceria del Mercanti / Amuni for icecream / Bar Italico for arancina / La Majolica for Paninis / Osteria Mangia e Bevi /...

Tasty and great looking brunch, very bad service though. I really enjoyed the brunch. But the way the service is managed is very bad. All the empty tables were still dirty when I arrived. I chose a table and nobody came to clean for half an hour. This also happened to a couple who sat on the dirty table next to me. The waitresses kept on bringing the meals to other people and didn’t clean the empty tables. A waitress then asked me if I have made up my mind about what I want to eat. The table was still dirty with dishes from the customers before. This is not the best image. I can’t start looking at what I want to eat when the table is not cleaned from the previous customers.. And a waitress cleaned the table next to me and took their order after a lot of time but the couple arrived like 15 minutes after me.. and then she came to my table. Bravo to the girls who prepare the meals though. The concept of the cafe is cute. Needs work though. You can’t leave all the empty tables dirty for no reason and not even clean them immediately when someone sits. And you have to notice who comes first. It’s not nice when you’re waiting and then see the waitress taking the order from people who...
