Bar Il Tribunalino — Restaurant in Parma

We managed to get a table there without reservation on a Saturday lunch but it went absolutely ridiculous. We were a table of 5 and it took forever for everything. Waited 15minutes to get the menus, another 15 to order, they didn’t set the table so when the antipasti arrived 30min after ordering, we still had to wait 10minutes to get plates and cutlery, and another 5 for bread. Then about 1h to get our dishes and after one of us spoke with a waiter explaining each of the tables around us had been welcoming 2 sets of customers already that we saw come, order, eat and leave (twice). I would believe that poor service was due to the fact that we are foreigners who spoke English at the table (even if we all speak Italian), so if you’re a tourist, you should just avoid this place. We all left very upset, as our afternoon plans were ruined by the timing and nobody expects to be upset on a Saturday lunch! Shame on them for treating their foreign customers like this,...

Great food but horrible service! Do not recommend even though the food was really good and fresh. The service guys were rude, forgot things we ordered. We had to go and get salt ourselves while the waiter we ordered it with was polishing some cutlery. Unbelievable and worst service in the whole town! Better restaurants are Gallo d‘Oro and Officina Alimentare. Better visit these two than this one. Also, this restaurant only has one toilet which is very dirty and you have to queue for the toilet for about 10...

Serata pietosa. Prenotato più di una settimana prima per una festa di laurea. Arrivo e non c'è preparato niente, neanche i tavoli. Dopo un quarto d'ora ci fa sedere un cameriere. Siccome i patti erano due drink a testa per ciascuno degli invitati+ due portate di cibo a testa visto che le persone avrebbero cenato li, chiedo da bere e del cibo. Su quest'ultimo: osceno. Ci portano 3/4 taglieri per 12 persone. In ognuno di essi c'erano 9 pezzi: 4 di pizza e 5 di pane (una fetta con letteralmente solo una fetta di crudo tagliata, fra l'altro alcuni pezzi di pane erano addirittura vuoti senza niente). A fine di questa portata di cibo arriva il cameriere a dire che il cibo per due persone di solito è questo e che non avrebbero portato più niente, al massimo dei sacchetti di patatine. Il bello è che a metà serata erano stati già pagati e gli era stato detto e ridetto che per gli invitati il cibo doveva essere abbastanza dato che non avevano cenato. Detto sia in serata che la settimana prima. Invece niente. Tra l'altro sono lenti e disorganizzati. Una schifezza incredibile e il rispetto è stato pari a zero. C'è stata gente che è stata male per acidità di stomaco dato che non aveva cenato e ci si aspettava come da concordato decisamente più cibo. Per la mia esperienza...
