Cafè Tommasini — Restaurant in Parma

Wow. We had the paella that was sitting in the display case fully expecting it to be clumpy and dull and for the seafood to be overdone, but the mussels were still succulent, the rice was creamy with a good bite, and flavorsome. The dish was lukewarm and they had a microwave, but I think nuking it further might have overcooked the seafood and rice, so I think that was a good call on their part. The latte macchiato was v pleasant and came with a good head of foam. The espresso shot came on the side and not face-puckeringly acidic or bitter. The marocchino was aromatic and a nice balance of chocolate and coffee. We're already making plans to come back for...

Un bar davvero sorprendente, completamente rinnovato e curato in ogni dettaglio: arredamento moderno ma accogliente, atmosfera luminosa e piacevole, perfetta sia per una pausa veloce che per fermarsi a chiacchierare con calma. Lo staff è cordiale e sorridente, sempre attento e disponibile, e contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

La vera chicca è la colazione del sabato: pancake soffici e golosi, avocado toast freschissimo e ben presentato… finalmente a Parma un locale che propone una colazione diversa dal solito, contemporanea e gustosa. Un posto che mancava e che vale davvero la pena scoprire....

Une vraie ambiance Brasserie pour un café où les touristes se bousculent afin de se remettre un peu de la visite de la ville de Salzbourg. Il faut être patient pour avoir une place mais l'établissement est grand. Terrasse, salle, arrière salle, balcon... Le serveurs sont des vrais de vrais de l'esprit "brasserie", efficacité, plaisanterie, l'effort de parler quelques mots de votre langue et un service très "propre" même s'il y a de l'attente. Les mets sont bons et frais vu le débit!!! Un incontournable de la ville dotée déjà de nombreuses établissements à visiter. On se bouscule dans les rues et l'escale douceur...
