sushi quality is low (sashimi was not fresh), not much taste. presentation bad. we had sushi at many places/countries (also japan) so far; so we can tell that this is not a high standard here really.

only for ppl looking for some cheap asian food to get a full stomach (26 euros all u can eat), with low expectations and who never had ‚real‘ sushi. than its maybe ok.

service: waiter: constantly neglecting us. we were there on a monday evening, so not the busiest day actually. only the small miso soup took surely twenty minutes and didnt came together with the rest we ordered it with. and when finally we asked for the bill we needed to basically beg for it. only once we stood up and waited in front the bar another waitress was finally willing to let us pay and leave...On the way out needed to watch out for a broken glass on the floor.. not an enjoyable experience unfortunately.

sum up: even if not intended so they really need to work firstly on their efficiency (many reviews about long waiting time..) but then also the quality! we have also been to another sushi place in parma, and that was already better. maybe just bad luck as it was quite busy that monday to be fair, but based also on the poor fish quality overall we would not recommend it! Try another...

Oggi ho mangiato in questo ristorante. Ho aspettato per 49 minuti buono sotto il sole cocente, ma questo è colpa mia che non ho prenotato. Però poi mi hanno portato i piatti. I roll erano piegati male, l'alga tutta da una parte e i nilgiri avevano troppo riso. La quantità di riso per i roll, era giusta peccano che fossero mollicci e dal sapore tutto uguale. In particolare ho notato che il salmone su un roll, era elastico e dal sapore acido. In piu il fatto che, per ordinanza ministeriale, fossimo al sole cocente questo non ha aiutato. Cose da migliorare? il servizio. Le cameriere erano affabili e disponibili ma molte volte lente. Devi proprio incrociare il loro sguardo, sennò non passano mai per alcuni tavoli. Ho apprezzato però che le bottiglie d'acqua fossero del posto, quindi spero che sia acqua non on bottiglia o comunque da dispenser locali. Comprare acqua in bottiglia è una cosa che non fa bene all'ambiente, anche se le bottiglie sono di vetro. La cameriera, quando ho riferito dell'inconveniente del pesce ha riferito che sopra ci sia stata una salsa. Io ho ordinato due tipi di nigiri, il primo con la salsa e il secondo senza: in entrambi i casi il pesce era così. Discreto, cioè non ne vale la pena. La concorrenza offre di più e roll assemblati meglio. Il prezzo è uguale rispetto alla concorrenza in generale. Ci sono locali migliori. Potete trovare di meglio, francamente non penso che...

A very good sushi place, cosy and comfy and close to Parma center! The service was super fast and the products are delicious! The only downside is that the prices are a bit high (26€ for the open sushi in the evening , while all dishes are between 10-15€ if a la carte and not necessarily enough for a dinner).
