Very rude administration. for the first time I witnessed such an ugly attitude of an employee to the client.

There were three of us. One of my friends was with his food container because he needed specialized meals. We were waiting for our friend when an employee came up and began to complain that we had taken a table for four and ordered two dishes (at that time there were 4 people sitting in the place besides us). He shouted and demonstratively mocked my friend, prioritizing money (which we would have paid anyway). We could not wait for our friend and decided to go to another place, because the person completely ruined the mood and impression of the whole company.

I don’t understand how this man can say something about respect, showing such lack of culture and aggression...

The place is located in the city down town. It is minimal but clean and up to date. The staff is nice and polite. The menu is online checkable on your mobile (this gave me a bit of discomfort 🤣 sorry but I M not used to these new tecnologies). There is a very wide selection of pizzas, pinzas, starters,..... All belonging to the Naples's tradition. We took 3 pizzas and two desserts. Pizza dough was good but the topping was excellent (fresh and high quality). The dessert "pastiera" was super tasty and home made. The place is a bit more expensive than average but I M not disappointed for being charged more because of quality of food. The food was amazing, the diavola to die for, the spiciest (and best) I've had in Italy so far. And you could tell by the taste the stone oven quality. The waiter wasn't sure they could fit us, but they did some workarounds and got us in(coming from a restaurant that promised us a table in 30 minutes just to turn us away when we came back this was a really nice experience) the staff was nice, and spoke good English, something we don't find too often here. My Spanish, Italian mix also got pretty far here which is nice. Overall a great experience, that fixed the evening for us after a rather bad...
