This restaurant is a joke, the owner was the rudest and I have ever encountered! The food is meh and we didn’t expect the sushi it takes 40 mins to make. When a waitress served our water, her thumb was dipped right into the water and we were served a completely raw dumpling! I got a waiter’s attention. He came to me and I pointed to the bug on the plate and said “the dumplings are raw”he looked and startled, he lifted the plate up and carried it to the kitchen.
After finishing our meal we requested the waiter we wanted to speak to the owner , the waiter explained that we had to go to him!!!! The owner was just chitchatting with other waitresses. The owner was rude and aggressive towards me and my boyfriend. He had the same excuse that it wasn’t raw and even if he threw it on the steamer again it wouldn’t cook anymore? Erm I made prawn dumplings at home many times and know what prawn looks like when it is properly cooked and I also know that if I chucked it back on the steamer it would get fully cooked!
I don’t know if the owner is stupid or he lost his mind for a moment but the response to some of the complaints about the quality of the food screams bad customer service! he even called the police after served us raw food! My boyfriend had eaten part of that but the owner wasn’t care and concern about that!
They need to work on their customer service and cooking skills especially the owner ! Looking at those pictures again makes me want to vomit. If you guys want raw food and bad customer service feel free to visit!

Had a really good meal here. Two of us visited and were warmly greeted by a staff member who confirmed our reservation. Table spacing was fine for social distancing during this terrible Covid time. They explained about the menu being in Italian and pointed us to the website where the menu is available in English, which made everything a lot more simple for us. Unfortunately, our Italian lessons aren't going well still! After ordering, our drinks came out quickly and after only a short wait the food we'd ordered came along. We'd ordered quite a few dishes and they appeared at intervals throughout the meal, which was great as you never felt overwhelmed with the amount of food on the table. The food was delicious! It was such a pleasure to be able to order a dish marked as "spicy" on a menu and for it to actually be spicy when it arrived... and by spicy, I mean SPICY! Made such a great change as we love spicy food but never really manage to get anything spicy in Italy even if that's the way it's supposed to be served. We've had way too many Indian Vindaloo meals that tasted more like a Korma. Each dish was well cooked, full of flavour, and piping hot. The price for the meal was really good too - we had quite a few dishes, wine and beer, and the price came to around 60€ before the Fork discount was applied. Pretty good value for a lovely meal. The staff are definitely friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommended and can't wait to go...

Generally, if we require any guidance or help regarding the menu, the restaurant people/ waiters/waitresses guide and recommend according to customer's taste and preference. Here, the waitress asked me if I need recommendation for any Indian restaurant instead! I mean how horrible is this?!?! If I'm coming to your restaurant, show some respect especially when you are on a global space. She was directly on face like: ''if you can't decide, you can go to any Indian restaurant or if you need recommendation for Indian, I'll show you the route'' Who the hell says such words in hotel/ hospitality sector????? Absolutely offensive n disgusting!
