Let me just start off by saying the only word that can really describe how I’m feeling after eating here.. wow. I have always been an enjoyer of the Mexican kitchen, but living in Europe it’s a little difficult to find the really good spots. Or so I thought… never in my life was I expecting to find the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in PISA, Italy only a 5 minute walk away from the tower. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the amazingly friendly hostess, got the menus, ordered and before long we received our food. Let me tell you, this has changed my life. My wife and I were staying just down the street from this restaurant. We've been in Italy for a week and were looking for a change. The high reviews on Google caught our attention and the menu and photos drew us in. This place is a tiny but cosy spot. There are only 3 tables. The lady in the front of the house was very nice and took good care of us. We ordered the chorizo nachos, guacamole, quesabirria, and cochinita pibil tacos. The food was great. We ended with an order of churros. They were made to order, served with sweetened condensed milk, and were soooo good.

While the website has menus in Italian and Spanish, they also have printed versions in English.

This is a cute small shop that’s filled with very nice Mexican inspired decorations. There have been a couple times where I order something and they will tell me it’s not available at the time but they’re always kind and sometimes give me an alternative of what I would like. This is not a big problem as everything on the menu is very flavorful and fresh. All the food is very traditional and you can tell they care for the ingredients they’re working with. The tacos and quesadillas are generously stuffed with fillings so you’ll be 100% full after the meal. The quesabirria and the churros are one of my favorites...
